Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA f came out earlier this month for the PlayStation Vita and I’ve been having a great time with it. It’s strange playing something so bright and bubbly at the same time as the grueling slog which is Dark Souls 2, but it certainly always makes for a refreshing break. We’re currently hard at work on a Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA f review—as well as a Dark Souls 2 review for that matter—so stay tuned for both of those.

In the meantime, here is a quick video of me playing a song called ‘Remote Controller’. I’ve only been playing the game for a few hours at this point, so I’m not very good yet, but you can get an idea of how the game plays. I chose this song not just because it’s catchy, but due to the cameo appearance of a Dreamcast controller in the the music video! How did Sony allow such a thing? They obviously don’t see Sega as a hardware threat anymore. Little do they know that the Dreamcast 2 will one day rise from the ashes…
