Instant Game Collection
Sony has today announced in a PlayStation Blog post that tomorrow’s North American PlayStation Store Update will add two more games to the PS Plus Instant Game Collection. PS3 owners will be able to download 2013’s Tomb Raider reboot, while PS4 players will get to fight for their lives alone or with a friend in the top-down zombie shoot ‘em up Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition which you can see in the trailer below.
Spring Fever 2014
Over the next four weeks, Sony will be bringing a total of seven new indie titles to the PlayStation Store as part of its Spring Fever promotion. If awesome new indie games aren’t enough of an incentive to make you part with some cash, PS Plus members will also receive a 20% discount during each game’s launch week. The Spring Fever lineup includes Awesomenauts Assemble and previous Ouya-exclusive TowerFall Ascension for PS4, as well as Master Reboot and Vessel on PS3. Other additions include SteamWorld Dig and Luftrausers which will both be available as Cross-Buy titles for PS3 & PS Vita. Finally the long awaited Fez will be coming to PS4, PS3 & PS Vita as a part of a Cross-Buy offer.
Sales and Price-Drops
Sony have also revealed that over the next four weeks they will be offering discounted prices on a range of franchises including Need for Speed, Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto, and Bioshock. First up we have the Need for Speed sale which will run from the 4th to the 10th of March. The sale includes Need for Speed Most Wanted on PS3 and PS Vita, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit and Need for Speed The Run on PS3, and Need for Speed Carbon on PSP and PS Vita. All of these titles will be available for $10 each, or just $5 each for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
